You guys had seemed to design a product that eliminated the redundancy in other lines and only focused on making the necessary parts more practical and user friendly. Another aspect that I had never seen before from any sort of company was the option to have a technician inspect a used canning line prior to a second hand sale.
They have a very nice canning machine with some premium features. We've just commissioned one and it was quite easy. Accurate fill volumes and very easy to operate in a small footprint with a reasonable price. Individually controlled fill valves, under cap CO2 gassing, pre-and post-rinse of cans, air knife, 110v operation, simple HMI, both 355 and 500ml change out, and it is portable. Low on utilities, uses standard spare parts, simple design, smart engineering.
These are easily worked on and adjusted if ever needed and have amazing resources directly from manufacture. Parts are cheap and readily available. Customer service is easy to get a hold of and very attentive if you ever have a question.
The Flex can be run with 2 people, gives a good quality fill and is fast enough to last your brewery for years to come. It's also built with nonproprietary, readily available parts.
Microcanner is the best company I have worked with since opening our cidery in 2013. They have the best customer service in the industry. They know their machines in and out and most parts if anything does break - which it does when you have millions of cans running through a line. They can have them to you in a day or two.
We bought an MC-FLEX. Great piece of equipment and top-notch customer service!
We have the MC-ATOMIC from Microcanner and it really works great. It has a tiny foot print which is great for us because we are limited on space. Easy and quick setup and cleanup. Can do 10 cases in about 50 minutes. Very simple machine that is easy to understand.
