Photo Eye Sensing
We use a Photo Eye Sensor to reliably detect ends to always ensure you have lids in the cap track ready to be applied.
Under Cap CO2
We dispense CO2 right before the end is applied to the can. This ensures that you have the maximum amount of CO2 in your can while keeping the oxygen out of the can.
Low Maintenance
We use premium materials in our cap shedders to ensure that every machine sheds lids reliably for the longest time possible. Most cap shedders can go maintenance free for 500,000 cycles and over 1 million cycles before replacement.
